Worksite Location : Fort Myers, FL
Contract Period : 6 months, CTH
Compensation : $18 / hr
What you will do as a Leasing Consultant :
- Respond to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner
- Present all aspects of the apartment community in a positive light in order to persuade prospects to lease apartments
- Show units daily on a walking tour
- Update the Comparative Market Survey monthly and provide it to the Community Manager according to the Operations Policy and Procedure Manual (OPPM)
- Maintain and follow up with welcome cards and all leasing / application paperwork and computer entries in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete all necessary rental applications and paperwork to gain approval
What you will bring to the role as a Leasing Consultant :
- High School or equivalent education
- Sales and / or other customer service experience preferred
- An ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly outgoing and professional manner
- Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, application fees, pet fees, interest, etc.
